Kansas City PBS, Flatland and 90.9 The Bridge earn four MBA honors

Kansas City PBS, Flatland and 90.9 The Bridge score four awards at the 2024 Missouri Broadcasters Award ceremony on Saturday, June 1.

OSAGE BEACH, MO–The Missouri Broadcasters Association honored Kansas City PBS, Flatland and 90.9 with four awards at the 2024 MBA Awards Banquet on Saturday, June 1, in Osage Beach, Missouri. 

"I'm proud of our amazing team. They continue to raise the bar year after year,” said Kliff Kuehl, Kansas City PBS president and CEO. “We thank the Missouri Broadcasters Association for recognizing their hard work.” 

Kansas City PBS earned a first-place  award for Best Public Service Announcement or Campaign for its Age-Old Questions: Estate Planning video series. The station took home second-place awards for Best Documentary for Nichols’ Folly: A Century of the Country Club Plazaand Social Media Star for Flatland’s creative and engaging social media accounts. 90.9 The Bridge received a first-place award for Best Local Radio Website for a large market radio station.
