We received oodles of funny, scary, whimsical, suspenseful and inspiring illustrated stories written by creative K-3rd graders from the Kansas City area for our 2019 KCPT PBS KIDS Writers Contest. Here at Kansas City PBS, we loved reading all our young viewers’ imaginative and well-written tales! Our judges had the tough job of choosing this year’s contest winners from all of the entries. You can read the winning stories below.
